Showing off the food truck scene

I met Julanna Giordano at the lengthy-named Mayor Buddy Dyer’s Neighborhood and Community Summit this past February where I gave a panel presentation on how to pitch your organization to the press. It has to be said though that the only reason we were so packed at our presentation was because I shared the floor with Andi Perez from Yelp Orlando and man-about-town, Jon Busdeker; my cohost on “Bungalower and The Bus.”

Giordano came up to Jon and myself after the talk to invite us on some random show she said she was hosting that looked at fun places all over the City Beautiful. Jon peaced out and declined the pleasure but I took her up on her offer and met her on a Tuesday night in The Milk District.

She’d asked me to pick something funky/fun to do on a Tuesday evening and the only thing that came to mind was the Tasty Tuesday Food Truck Rally that takes place behind the indie shops on Robinson Street.
