Chatting with The Culinati Podcast about Orlando's food scene

Holly Kapherr Alejos is an Orlando unicorn. By that I mean, she’s someone really special that stands out in the scene and should be cherished. There should be tapestries of her hanging in hallways somewhere. Get me? She’s cool.

Holly launched The Culinati Podcast last year to chat about the Orlando food scene and she’s been killing it ever since with an ongoing stream of some of the city’s best culinary Illuminati (get the name now?) so I was super flattered that she asked me to come to hang with her on the show.

Full disclosure, I hosted a sponsor appreciation happy hour for Bungalower before heading over to record with her and her husband so I was feeling mighty buzzed when I rolled in. Which definitely comes across on the show. But yay for fun candid energy!

The topics range from Orlando’s foodie neighborhoods to Instagram influencers and to how blogs have changed restaurant marketing. She’s a great host and it’s a great listen despite the many tangents I fall into.
