The pigeons are hunkered and ready for the storm

As documented by my friend and peer Patrick Connolly for Orlando Sentinel, our downtown birdy sculptures have been wrapped and swaddled and put away ahead of the coming storm.

I love that the Sentinel felt compelled to cover what was happening to them. Obviously there were plenty of colorful comments about them online, but you can’t make everyone happy.
