Oct 12 Come Out With Pride, 2019

Another year, another Pride parade.

This year my regular float-friends at Watermark Media had chosen to walk instead of renting a flatbed so I had to peace out and find someone else to pester for a ride. Enter my friends at iHeart Radio and the folks at Johnny’s House XL 106.7.

They were a hoot and very kind to invite me along. The float was really a trash-hauling trailer so wearing heels wasn’t the smartest move for my outfit but I still managed to hobble along and have a blast.

Thousands of people were at this year’s parade but my favorite part was biking to and from the route in my fabulous peacock outfit.
