A successful night of "Celebrity Bartending"

The LGBT+ Center Orlando hosted its 11th Annual Celebrity Bartending event this week at Savoy and they invited me to participate again! It just happened to fall on a Tuesday too, so I headed there right after hosting bingo to help raise some funds.

100 percent of all tips gathered that night were donated to the Center and they managed to raise over $14,000 in just a few hours of hard work! Savoy staff gave up their time to be onsite and help with all of the chaos and Tito’s Vodka sponsored the evening. Turns out we poured just under 200 Tito-based beverages too, so that’s not a bad return.

The top five bartenders for the evening were, from bottom to top, John Paonessa from Hamburger Mary’’s, Nancy Alvarez from WESH, Martha Sugalski from WESH, Blue Star, and Jason Lambert.
